1. Warranty Coverage:
The 12-month warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
After the 12-month warranty period, customer service will no longer provide warranty for the relevant spare parts.
2. Warranty Exclusions:
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Normal wear and tear: normal wear and aging of parts over time.
Damage caused by negligence or accident: any part damaged due to traffic accidents or improper use.
Fuel and exhaust system problems: failures caused by poor fuel quality (including contamination or use of leaded gasoline).
Improper repair: any spare part that has been damaged externally or technically due to improper repair, resulting in loss of functionality.
Environmental damage: damage caused by industrial or chemical emissions, corrosive substances, bird droppings, plant sap, chemically active agents (including road de-icing chemicals), and natural phenomena such as hail or lightning.
Operational wear: normal wear of DPF filters, fuel filters, multi-V belts and other similar parts due to regular use.
3. Warranty claim requirements:
To make a warranty claim, the following documents are required:
Proof of purchase of the spare part from Guangzhou Huaxin Internet Technology Co., Ltd.
A certified service station report confirming the type of work performed.
Written conclusion on the spare part failure.
Proof of payment for the workshop service that diagnosed or repaired the component.
